Harrah's Joliet Hotel And Casino - (815) 740-7800

I enjoyed my visit to Harrah's Casino earlier this month. The rooms were very clean and extremely comfortable. Plenty of Pillows! The tub is very deep so that you can emerge yourself and let all your troubles flow away. I didn't realize that Illinois had so many nice folks until I arrived at this casino. The people were so polite and courteous. I had breakfast there and the buffet is very good... so much so that my wife wanted to drive back out there just to have breakfast.

I have been here a few times and, for the life of me, I can not win on their slots. I played the gambit of machines and could not get anything to pay out. I haven't been there in a while but I do remember that you could get choked by the recycled, dirty, smoke filled air.

Harrah's is not my favorite casino, but I don't mind it. I have never had a problem finding a place to play, even on weekends. They have blackjack and craps, which are my games, so I am happy. I like the way the entrance to the casino is decorated. It has this Egyptian theme that is a bit over-the-top, so it gives you a feeling like you are in Vegas or something, and not just Joliet!
